Policies

Shipping & Delivery
Products usually leave our warehouse within 2 - 4 days from receipt of your order. We exclusively use fedEx Ground, and due to the size and value of the GameRacer Elite, signature is required upon delivery. FedEx Ground shipping is approximately $40 to $80 in the continental US, depending on the product/package purchased and the destination, and approximately $95 to $120 for Canada. Orders shipped to Canada will incur a customs duty fee (charged by Canadian customs and payable by customer) in addition to shipping charges paid to GameRacer.
Privacy & Security
We never sell your information to third parties. We use the information to inform you about the status of your order. You may optionally subscribe to our email-newsletter to be receive news and updates about our products, including new products, special pricing, and promotions.
Returns & Replacements
Your GameRacer purchase is 100% satisfaction-guaranteed. We accept returns within 30 days if the product is in new condition and has not been assembled. If the product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect we will accept returns anytime. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for any returns. Ordering
After placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
